Sadness

Greyness

Dull light penetrates the gloom

Clouds enclose on clarity

Overwhelmed you sit down

Looking around to see nothing

Nothing but a haze

Nothing but a blurr

You blink but can’t focus

You rub your eyes to no avail

Only seeing a foot in front

a foot behind, all directions…nothing

The colors have disappeared

everything blends into dull and faded

No way to escape the haze
