Looking in it’s easy to see the mistakes and criticize

It’s easy to look on and view the issues of others as unnecessary conflicts

The look in the window always seems simpler than it really is.

There isn’t any sound you only see the movements in one room, instead of all of the goings on in the house

It seems like people are quick to tell someone how they could have avoided a situation or that what they are doing is wrong….isn’t it strange that most of those same people don’t have any type of real advice on how to improve the situation, they are good at criticizing but not at problem solving….

I think it’s rather strange that people who make plenty of mistakes themselves never seem to admit to them, they only look for someone else to blame, someone that they can pin the whole thing on and keep things moving for themselves.

I hate that people will look at a person and expose their weakness or criticize a situation that they do not understand and usually are not fully aware of.

People who want to examine the life of another need to look into the mirror.

Sometimes I have to wonder if the more someone gets paid or the higher up they are in an organization or company the more hypocritical they are suppose to be….Sometimes I wonder if there are rules like these that people who work under the rest of them are not privileged to know….like in the interview to be the supervisor or boss they ask you things like, are you willing to criticize other people while never acknowledging your own short comings?

I think that people get sick of only being criticized by people who are always watching for their mistakes instead of everything that they are doing, especially when you go above and beyond and nothing is ever said about that, only that you didn’t do some other minute thing.  It’s really frustrating when you know that the people criticizing you are also not doing what they are suppose to do in order for everything to work out they way that it’s predicted to in theory.

I love how theories never account for the slackers in the upper levels, but they always seem to keep on the people at the bottom of the totem pole since of course they must be the ones to blame…never the person actually in charge….I wonder how many people never question when the boss puts the blame on their workers…does anyone stop to think that maybe the person in charge just doesn’t want to catch the blame or deal with aftereffects of any of the decisions made.
